  1. Movements to improve flexibility and strengthen the deep core muscles throughout pregnancy, easing the aches and pains of pregnancy and particularly lower back ache.
  2. Breathing techniques for inducing a feeling of calm and maintaining a powerful inner focus during birth.
  3. Secrets of deep relaxation to help you sleep better in pregnancy and relax during birth for a more easeful labour.
  4. How to use your posture to position your baby optimally for birth.

Class information

Sign up for a FREE TRIAL CLASS on Saturday 22 April. Join us for a short yoga session followed by morning tea and a chance to ask any questions before you decide if you would like to book in for the term. This trial class will book out so please don't delay in booking in. Sat 22 April 11:00am - 12:15pm. 

Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth course starts 29 April - bookings now open

Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth (9 weeks from 29 April) Saturday mornings 11:00am

All classes are 75 minutes, giving us 60 minutes of movement and 15 minutes of practicing deep relaxation.

Venue: Church of Christ Hall, 1 Parkinson St, WESTON  ACT

Cost:  9 week Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth - $150

When to start: You can start classes from 12 weeks (14 weeks for IVF pregnancies) - but you can book in as early as you like and start at any point during the term.

About Rebecca

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10 years. I have completed teacher training in classical Hatha yoga and also in Dru Yoga.

My passion in teaching is bringing the calmness and joy that I experienced in pregnancy through the practice of yoga to other women. I'm really looking forward to meeting you soon.
